PromptHeroes is an AI-native studio. We create content with generative AI for brands and agencies (image, video, campaigns, e-commerce), and we build the workflows and agents that let clients do this themselves. The strength of the company is our team in Nairobi, Kenya: English-native, well-trained prompters and developers who deliver content, technology and agentic AI for clients in the Netherlands. From Amsterdam and Oostzaan we work directly with those clients.
You are an all-round gen AI creator and builder in the Dutch team. You create and edit image and video with AI, from prompt and references to assets that are on-brand and client-ready. You keep going until consistency, product details, light and compositing are right. You help clients set up their content production pipelines and workflows with AI: which steps, which models, where a human reviews, how brand guidelines are enforced. You build those workflows together with the team in Nairobi and hand them over. You keep track of which image and video models and platforms exist and what they are worth, and you test new models within a week on real client cases. And you think along: clients come with a content question, the real problem is usually behind it (scale, consistency, speed, who does what), and sometimes the answer is an agent instead of an asset.
Full-time, Amsterdam/Oostzaan, with daily contact with Nairobi.
